Central Chapter held our first meeting at the farm of Vicki Hodel (President). We had a great turnout for our first meeting. Seven came, four members of the newly re-formed Central Chapter, two non-members and a Southwest member/State Member at Large.

During the meeting we elected our officers and had wonderful open discussions about where the Central Chapter is headed and clinic ideas for the coming 2014 year. There is a diverse group from Dressage to Eventing and even Driving.

Our next meeting is December 22, 2013 at 5:00pm at the IHop, 3025 Village Park Dr, Plover, WI. We’d invite anyone interested in learning more to come join us. We will be focusing on narrowing our overall focus for the group as well as detailed discussion on events and setting dates for next years events.

We’d also love to mention, that as a new Chapter, we would appreciate any local talent, be it in Dressage, Jumping, Eventing, Western Dressage or Driving, to contact us regarding offering clinics and judging services. We’d love to meet you! We are also interested in sharing our experiences, so we are looking for local barns and facilities to hold our events. Our goal is to make opportunities as available as possible to all those in our area.

We are so pleased to be able to extend the services of this wonderful organization to an area in North-Central Wisconsin.

I hope to see many new faces at our December meeting. Keep watching for more to come.

Vicki Hodel, President
